Improve Fertiliser Utilisation

Starting from Soil Health

As fertiliser and diesel prices continue to rise, farmers are most concerned about whether their investment can be effectively absorbed by crops. Fertiliser loss is often caused by insufficient soil organic matter and poor nutrient retention. Compared with traditional organic fertilisers that decompose more slowly, Axtra Roots is rich in humic acid and fulvic acid, helping to quickly replenish organic matter and improve soil fertility.

Common durian orchard issues such as root rot, black root disease and other root-related problems are closely connected to the soil environment.

Pathogenic fungi often hide in the soil. Poor drainage and pH imbalance can easily encourage mould growth and also create favourable conditions for pathogens to multiply.

Improving Soil and Strengthening Roots

Axtra Roots can improve the soil’s cation exchange capacity (CEC), acting like a “nutrient storage bag” that helps hold fertiliser around the root zone and reduce nutrient loss. At the same time, it promotes stronger root development, improves water and fertiliser absorption efficiency, and maximises the value of every kilogram of fertiliser applied.

It also helps improve soil structure, making the soil looser, better aerated and better drained, reducing the damp and oxygen-deficient conditions that fungi prefer. Its natural organic acids can also gently regulate and stabilise soil pH, suppress mould and pathogen growth, while supporting beneficial microorganism activity and nutrient absorption.

Monthly Application for Stable Root Protection

Application method: Apply once a month by mixing 100ml of Axtra Roots with 20 litres of clean water. Drench evenly around the root zone at about 3 to 5 litres per tree. This mixture can be used for approximately 4 to 6 trees.

From replenishing organic matter and reducing fertiliser loss, to promoting root growth, regulating pH, reducing fungal pressure and suppressing soil-borne diseases, Axtra Roots makes soil care part of routine farm management. It helps crops grow steadily, lowers disease risk, and improves the efficiency of farm input.

At Advansia, we continue to focus on practical, field-tested solutions that match the real conditions faced by Malaysian growers. Whether the need is better flower retention, stronger fruit development, or more reliable disease control, timely action and suitable crop strategies remain key to achieving more stable results in the field.
